Granite Sentinel, Rushing Water
Bracebridge, Ontario - 2006
Sharp edged solid granite, left exposed by receeding glaciers untold centuries ago; slowly and relentlessly eroded by the constant flow of water rushing past it. Over time the sharp edges will be smoothed and ultimately this rock will be washed away to nothing.
